2 fish cookers and pots- Josh Pot 1 will be with seafood Pot 2 will be without seafood INGREDIENTS: "Old Bay Seasoning" to taste (Allen) 5 pounds new red potatoes (Allen) 3 lg. sweet onions, coarse chopped (David) 5 pounds cooked sausage cut into 1.5 inch pieces (David) 10 ears fresh corn cut in half (or 20 niblet size) (Kyle) 3 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined (Pot 1 only) (Josh) newspapers -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DIRECTIONS: Heat a large pot of water over an outdoor cooker. Add Old Bay Seasoning to taste, and bring to a boil. Add sausage, and corn and cook til corn is done. Add potatoes and cook til bearly done, then add the shrimp, and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Drain off the water, and pour the contents out onto a picnic table covered with newspaper. Grab a paper plate and a beer and enjoy!
