Laney Farms Rules and Regulations
  • All horses must have current vaccinations and a clean bill of health from a DVM before entering the property. Record of current Coggins must be provided to Laney Farms.
  • Laney Farms is open only to approved clients from 6am-10pm. All stalled horses not tended to during theses hours will be given feed and hay at the owners expense.
  • Trail riding is only permitted on Laney Farms property (no trespassing).
  • Fees are based on whole month membership.
  • Horses are their own collateral. Horses will remain on Laney Farms property until all fees have been paid in full. The value of the horse will be determined by Roanoke Stockyard monthly report. If the overdue fees exceed this value, the horse may be sold at said market.
  • A 10% late fee will be added per month if fees are not paid in full by the 10th of each month.  
  • We reserve the right to call for emergency veterinarian or ferrier services as needed. All expenses incurred are the responsibility of the animal owner.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue membership for misconduct or rules violation.
  • As per the Alabama Equine Act, Laney Farms is not responsible for the well being of the equestrian.
  • Laney Farms maintains the property to the highest standards to promote the health and well being of all animals and members, but we are in no way accountable for any misfortune that may occur due circumstances out of our control.
